It's very disrespectful to stand and turn your back towards the person speaking even without saying anything. How much more could it be if you abruptly shout at the President in the middle of his speech? Whatever your concerns be, the President is still the President and deserves the utmost respect.
It's good Rep. Joe Wilson apologized quickly after the speech. But still, uncivil outburst has been done and his reputation stained.
