There are speculations that Omer Bhatti might be Michael Jackson's fourth child. Some reports said that Omer Bhatti is seeking a DNA test to prove that he is Michael's biological son. If Omer will prove to be Michael's son, then he is rightfully to be called Michael's first born child instead of being the fourth child.

'We won't deny it. We are going to give him the same love and care that we give Prince and Paris and Blanket. I can't clearly say if he is Michael's but I saw this kid around him.'
