"I'm a little bit surprised," Jane Brackley of London told MTV News in Times Square. "Then again, you knew he was taking quite a few prescription drugs, and somebody had to give them to him."New Yorker Natasha Jane took the news a bit more personally. "It's very disturbing, and the fact that it's a homicide makes it even more devastating," she said. "I'm a singer, so he was one of my inspirations. You just don't expect anything like this to happen to Michael Jackson."Amara thinks the justice for Murray — and anybody else who may have been complicit in Jackson's death — should be swift and sharp. "They robbed the whole world of the best show ever, and I think prison won't be nearly enough for somebody like that."

Michael Jackson homicide
Michael Jackson homicide ruling by the Los Angeles County Coroner brought a lot of sentiments from the fans of the late King of Pop. Here are some:
But the question still remains if Dr. Murray could be held solely liable for the death of Jackson because it might be argued that Jackson had his consent in the use of propofol despite health warnings. I guess it's still a long way to go for justice to be served.

Michael Jackson's burial

Michael Jackson's burial date was not confirmed after a public memorial service for the late King of Pop was held last July at the Staples Center, LA. According to the latest report, Joe Jackson said that Michael Jackson's burial will be at a Los Angeles cemetery on August 29, which would have been Michael's 51st birthday.
After all these investigations done, I just hope that the truth will finally come out and justice will prevail. I am glad Michael will be finally laid to his eternal resting place.
Update:
Instead of August 29th, Michael Jackson's burial will be moved 5 days after his would be 51st birthday, that is September 3.
Michael Jackson's family on Friday delayed his burial by five days as a judge ruled that a touring show of his memorabilia could go on and police raided another pharmacy in their ongoing probe of his sudden death.

Thriller album cover
Weeks had passed since Michael Jackson's death, but his album have continuously rack up significant sales. Here is the Thriller album cover and the Bad album cover. The Thriller album remains to be the world's top-selling album of all times.

Despite obvious changes in Michael's appearance as seen in the thriller album cover and the Bad album cover, nothing is more important than what Michael had contributed to the world especially for the children.
Despite his being ridiculed because of his appearance, Michael never did stop doing the things he believed was good and made him happy.
There's an article about Michael entitled, "A Marxist appreciation of Michael Jackson", whose thoughts are worth pondering.
Looking back, Jackson’s life is largely a tragic story, despite his wealth and popularity. Pushed into the big- business machine of pop music, Jackson craved the love of millions of fans, and did whatever he could to make himself more palatable to them. Although his music resonated powerfully and personally with people the world over, he remained paradoxically detached from the world around him. He seemed totally unaware that most of his fans liked him as he was, and he underwent plastic surgeries and other treatments to match the view of what society deems beautiful: white skin, straight hair and a thin body.
Rather than condemn him, it is worth considering how entertainment under capitalism promotes ridiculous self-images and lowest-common-denominator entertainment. This is what trapped Michael Jackson in a self-destructive pattern, which ultimately destroyed him. However it has not destroyed his legacy. Adios al Rey de Pop.

Omer Bhatti s mother
During Michael Jackson's public memorial at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, Omer Bhatti who was seated with Michael's kids in the front row caught the curious eyes of the media. Recently, a lot of searches were coming out looking for a picture of Omer Bhatti s mother.
There are speculations that Omer Bhatti might be Michael Jackson's fourth child. Some reports said that Omer Bhatti is seeking a DNA test to prove that he is Michael's biological son. If Omer will prove to be Michael's son, then he is rightfully to be called Michael's first born child instead of being the fourth child.

michael jackson pepsi commercial hair on fire
I have never seen this footage of the Michael Jackson pepsi commercial hair on fire before. Some have speculated that it may be the primary cause of Michael's use of painkillers resulting to his alleged addiction and eventual death. Well, if you're very much suffering of a very intense pain in your scalp, would you not resort to anything to alleviate these pains?
You know what, after watching this footage, I really felt sorry for Michael. The result was so horrible, his hair was so burnt to the scalp. At first, it seemed Michael didn't notice that his hair was already on fire. Was there any support crew at the back that it took seconds before they came to his rescue?

Michael Jackson funeral ceremony video
I was very glad to see that although not all of Michael Jackson's fans were present to attend his public memorial at the Staples, most have seen it live on TV from all over the world. At least, his fans were able to be with him physically for the last time.
It's kind of comforting to know that despite of all the controversies that Michael had strangely faced when he was alive, there are still those many people who believed in him, in the goodness of his heart.
The vulturous media critics? - IGNORE THEM. They're just a bunch of money-loving creatures. To think, "who are they to judge and label him when they don't know what really happened?" Only God knows what Michael has done in his life and only God has the right to judge him. Anyways, these crazy critics will have their time and they'll suffer the consequences of their actions.
To those open minded positive people, let's just follow Michael's good examples and refrain from thinking about the bad. What good will it bring if we keep on recalling the negative things? We must move on.
To all his loyal fans all over the world, let us continue to pray for Michael's soul. That's the best thing we could do for him, and I bet he will be very happy to see us from heaven. He had already fulfilled his mission on earth.
And for those fans who have not seen his public memorial live, you can find video clips of Michael Jackson funeral ceremony video from YouTube.

Michael Jackson memorial service
Debbie Rowe had decided she will not attend his ex-husband Michael Jackson's memorial service.
Her attorney announced that Rowe, who bore Jackson two children, decided it would create too much chaos if she showed up at the King of Pop's memorial service tomorrow, which will be held at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.
I think it's the right move since the media is there. It can't be helped that the memorial would turn into chaos if she will appear.

Heal The World
Heal the World is one of my most favorite songs of Michael Jackson. It's really a heart-warming song that I can't help but cry every time I hear this. I will never ever forget Michael Jackson.

Michael Jackson
I was checking the Internet and it struck me so shockingly that my idol had died. It's really hard to accept that Michael Jackson is now gone. It seemed it was just yesterday that I was a kid watching him on TV performing in some of his music videos. Every day that the Lord has made, I did not missed a day watching him on TV whenever I have the opportunity. His songs touches my heart like no other. I could feel his passion for music, what he wanted to express or say, he did it through singing. His contribution to the world of music is so great and he has been an inspiration to many song artists of all races.
Despite of all the controversies, he is still the best and the King of Pop Music. Forever, he and his music will live, not only in mine but also in the hearts of the many people around the world.
To Michael, may you rest in peace in the loving arms of God. I love you very very much.
