Just what is going on inside the mind of Hannah Montana? Just recently, this Miley Cyrus bong video is making the Internet abuzzed. Miley was reported to be smoking salvia in a party at her home in Los Angeles just 5 days after her 18th birthday. Miley has not yet commented about her video smoking a bong but this is what her famous but upset dad Billy Ray Cyrus has to say in his Twitter:
"Sorry guys. I had no idea," Billy Ray Cyrus tweeted Friday afternoon. "Just saw this stuff for the first time myself. Im so sad. There is much beyond my control right now."The Miley Cyrus bong video was reportedly stolen or copied from the friend's camera.
