Actress Lindsay Lohan had not learned her lessons well. In violating the terms of her probation in a 2007 drug case (i.e. failing to attend court-ordered alcohol education classes), Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel ruled out a 90 days sentence in jail and an inpatient rehab program for Lindsay Lohan on Tuesday, according to AP.
Lohan immediately burst into tears after the ruling. But she was not immediately taken into custody. Lohan was given a chance to settle her affairs before she will surrender herself on July 20. She will have to wear an ankle alcohol monitor until then.
