Here's a Full, Un-edited Dash Cam Video of Oklahoma State Trooper vs. EMT from youtube entitled trooper stops ambulance.

I think the trooper was so arrogant. Maybe he wanted to show off that he is the law here. He might have been right in stopping the ambulance, but the attitude and hostility shown was excessive in every way. As he was a law enforcer, he should be calm enough to explain to the team their violations or whatsoever. He's such a "boss".

As to the ambulance unit in charge, the man was right on intervening because he is the one directly responsible for his driver's actions.
