Vickers is still in for further testing. The name of the hospital has not been revealed, as well as Vickers' medical condition still undisclosed. But fans of Vickers must not worry because a status update on Vickers' Facebook page said, "He is doing good and resting. He hopes to be back at it ASAP." According to Red Bull general manager Jay Frye, Vickers' illness is just a "minor setback."

In place of Vickers, Casey Mears will drive the No. 83 Toyota for Red Bull Racing. In a statement made by Vickers:
"It is unfortunate that I will not be able to participate in the Dover race. Casey is a good friend of mine, and I know he will do his best for the No. 83 team this weekend."
