It's just amazing how the human mind have gigantically evolved to think of designing and eventually build an underwater hotel. It might have cost millions of euros just to satisfy one's passion.
Well, it might not be good enough because probably it could only be for the satisfaction and enjoyment of the few rich and famous people of the world.
