"Two and a Half Men"actor Charlie Sheen has been arrested by the Aspen Police Department in Aspen, Colorado on felony charges related to domestic violence after the police responded to a 911 call early Christmas morning. The victim is none other than his third wife real estate investor Brooke Mueller.After posting an $8,500 bond, Sheen was released from Pitkin County Jail around 7 p.m. Friday, according to a spokeswoman with the Aspen Police Department. He is scheduled to appear at the Pitkin County Courthouse on Feb. 8, 2010.
