The mother upon arriving into the train station, carefully secure her baby's stroller but forgot to secure the brakes. In a split second, the baby's stroller rolled off the platform and feel into the train's track just in time for the train to pass. The baby and stroller were dragged 33 yards before the train stopped. Authorities said the mother did nothing wrong. The mother and baby was brought to the hospital but released afterwards.
