18-year old South African runner Caster Semenya won the women's world 800 meters title at the Berlin Track and Field World Championships in 1 minute, 55.45 seconds. Although she easily got the title, Semenya must still prove to the International Association of Athletics Federations or IAAF that she's a "she and not a he". Well, if it turns out that Semenya is a man, she/he will definitely be stripped of the title and defending champion Janeth Jepkosgei who went second will get the title.

Sometimes looks can be very deceiving so here's Caster Semenya pictures and you be the judge if she is definitely a woman or a man.
