Bobby Brown Arrested For DUI Failed Four Sobriety Tests
Bobby Brown, 43-year-old R&B star and former husband of the late Whitney Houston was arrested for driving under the influence Monday, March 26, around 12:20pm local time in the San Fernando Valley north of Los Angeles.

California Highway Patrol Officer Mike Harris said Brown was pulled over after another officer saw him talking on his cellphone without a hands-free unit and noticed he appeared to be impaired, The Telegraph reported.

Police have confirmed Brown was drunk at the time of his arrest and failed four sobriety tests prior to his arrest. The singer was later released from Van Nuys jail after posting $5,000 bail.
