According to People.com reports, Mike Comrie, 29, gave 22-year old Hilary Duff an engagement ring while the two were vacationing in Hawaii.
"After having been together for over two years, they are very excited to share this happy news," Duff's rep Nanci Ryder told the magazine. "They are thankful for all of your warm wishes."
