Road traffic accidents particularly in the Philippines are commonly caused by drivers' over speeding, overtaking, wrong turn, and drunk driving. Everyday, more and more vehicular accidents are recorded especially those concerning public utility buses. Many lives perished and were endangered because of the carelessness of these drivers.
Sounds like that is a world wide problem. Very sad!
